This summery salsa is the perfect combination of savoury, sweet and spicy. It’s the best thing to whip up on a hot summer’s day because, contrary to popular belief, eating spicy food actually cools you down. You’re better off eating a spicy salsa than an ice cream when it’s a million degrees out. Why? Sweat! Spicy foods make your body sweat, which cools you down.
