Who doesn’t love guacamole?! Serve with tortilla chips for a perfect snack or starter, dollop it on tacos and burritos, or get creative and use it as a sandwich spread – the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients

- 2 large avocados, very ripe but not bruised
- 1 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 lime, juice only (or more to taste)
- 2 tbsps fresh coriander, finely chopped
Instructions
- Half and stone the avocados and use a spoon to scoop the flesh out into a bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork until the desired consistency is reached.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Season with sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste, and serve.
