BBQ Sweet Chilli Chicken Drumsticks

Sticky, sweet and finger-licking good! These chicken drumsticks are full of flavour and so easy to make.

For the chicken:
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp crushed chilli flakes
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
For the glaze:
- 120 ml barbecue sauce
- 120 ml sweet chilli sauce
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 200℃. Line a large baking tray with foil or parchment paper.
- Pat the drumsticks dry with kitchen towel and transfer them to a large bowl.
- Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper and toss with your hands to coat. Add the garlic granules, onion granules, chilli flakes and smoked paprika and toss again to coat.
- Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer on the baking tray. Roast for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Meanwhile, combine the barbecue sauce and sweet chilli sauce in a small bowl.
- Switch your oven to grill (high). Brush the drumsticks on one side with the glaze and grill on the top rack of your oven for 2 minutes. Flip the drumsticks over, brush with the glaze and grill for another 2 minutes. Repeat this process again on each side to build and caramelize the glaze onto the chicken. Serve and enjoy!
